Advanced Placement (AP) is a program from the College Board that allows students across the country to take college-level courses and exams, and to earn college credit or placement while still in high school.

PTHS has a strong history of success in our AP curriculum, with 91% of students averaging a score of 3 or higher on their exams. Our teachers have a wealth of experience teaching these courses, with three teachers serving as AP Scorers and one as an AP Table Leader.
