American Math Exam

Upcoming American Math Exam Test Dates

The 2025 American Math Exam will be held in the fall of 2025. Further information, as well as a specific exam date, will be available at the beginning of the 25-26 school year. Exam information and test prep can be accessed by clicking on the links within this web page. Any questions concerning the exam can be directed to Mrs. Prinsen in the counseling office.

Student Eligibility

AMC 10: Students must be in grade 10 or below and also under 17.5 years of age on the day of the competition. 

AMC 12: Students must be in grade 12 or below and also under 19.5 years of age on the day of the competition.

Permitted & Prohibited Testing Materials

Students are responsible for bringing their own materials with them on test day. During the competition, only the following materials are permitted:  
  1. Writing Utensils
  2. Blank Scratch Paper
  3. Rulers
  4. Compasses
  5. Erasers
Prohibited materials include:
  1. Calculators
  2. Smartwatches
  3. Phones 
  4. Computing Devices
  5. Protractors
  6. Graph Paper
