As of March 2020, The Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) announced the cancellation of all PSSA testing and Keystone exams for the 2019-20 school year as a result of COVID-19. This includes the Pennsylvania Alternate System of Assessment (PASA).
Any first-time test taker who was enrolled & passed a Keystone trigger course (Algebra I, Biology, English 10) during the 19-20 school year is considered non-numerically proficient on the corresponding Keystone Exam that they would have taken in May of 2020. More information can be found on
PDE's website.
