2-Hour Delay for May 1, 2025

We are monitoring the power outages closely in our community and we still do not have power fully restored to all district buildings. At this time, Peters Township School District will operate on a 2-hour delay for Thursday, May 1 with a modified kindergarten schedule. We will continue to assess the safe access to our buildings and if a closure is necessary, families will be notified early Thursday morning.

PT School Photos: Redford Photography

This year the District has partnered with Redford Photography for our student photos. These photos will be used for school yearbooks, PowerSchool identification and student IDs. Please note the following dates for school photos for the 2024-2025 School Year:

Middle School: Tuesday, September 3rd

High School: Wednesday, September 4th

Pleasant Valley: Thursday, September 5th

McMurray Elementary: Thursday, September 5th

Bower Hill: Friday, September 6th

How to Place Your Order

All Orders Must be Placed Online at: redfordschools.com/pt

ALL ORDERS ARE DUE BY MIDNIGHT ON YOUR SCHOOL'S PICTURE DAY.

Any orders placed after the above dates will be delivered with the make up day orders, so please be sure to get your order placed on time!
Make Up/Re-take Day Dates & Details will be announced following picture delivery.
You will be notified when pictures have been delivered, so you can be sure to check with your student about receiving their order.
Digital images (if ordered) are delivered, via e-mail, up to a week before physical prints.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

There is no option for proofing. All pictures are guaranteed.

Retake Day Information

Below are the school picture makeup days for 2024-2025:

PTHS: Oct. 9th
McMurray Elementary: Oct. 10th
PTMS: Oct. 10th
Pleasant Valley: Oct. 4th
Bower Hill: Oct. 4th

If you did not receive your order and believe you placed it before the original picture day, (please check your e-mail receipt before inquiring) contact Redford: 724-743-5700 or [email protected]. Do NOT contact the school, as they do not have your order details.

Make up day is your last chance to get your picture taken. There are no other dates available.

If you still wish to order, please place your order by the above make up days to have your pictures delivered to the school. Delivery time is approximately 3 weeks after make up day. Ordering is online only: www.redfordschools.com/pt

Any orders placed after your school’s make up day will require shipping to home. Rates apply. No orders placed after the above dates will be delivered to the school. Late orders may take up to 4 weeks after order date for delivery to the home. If you placed your order for regular picture day after the original deadline, you will not receive your pictures ahead of make up day. Those orders will be delivered with makeup day orders (approximately 3 weeks after makeup day.)

Retake Day - Important Details!

Please turn in your original order to the photographer on make up day. Every student who received a digital download should have also received an envelope with a QR card inside. That is what you will return on make up day. You may also print the e-mail you received to download your image. Please be sure the student name is clearly visible. Please do not turn into the school office. Elementary parents, please let your teacher know you will be taking a retake so they can check book bags, etc., for packages.
A replacement package will be delivered to the school approximately 3 weeks after make up day.
The cost is $5 for a retake that is not due to photographer error. Please place cash or check in your envelope when turning it into the photographer. This includes hair change, outfit selection, etc. If the error is photographer based (lighting, etc) there is no charge. No replacements will be provided without both the original package and appropriate payment turned back in.
Packages/ payment can NOT be turned in late to the office. They must be handed in on make up day to the photographer.
Your retake image will be the only image submitted to the yearbook.
If you missed the regular picture day, and this is your first time being photographed this year, there is no additional fee. If you placed your order before regular picture day, it will be fulfilled with this image.
