Complete the online registration forms for your child. Using the portal, parents also have the option of uploading a scanned copy of their competed medical forms or proof of residency. If able, please scan the documents as part of your child’s registration. Once you have submitted your child’s online registration, you will be contacted by your child’s school to review your application for any missing documents and learn more about the next steps to finalizing your student’s registration.
Please note: If you are a parent with an older child in the District, you may already have a SchoolMint account.
