Congratulations to the Class of 2026!

COMMENCEMENT

Peters Township is excited to celebrate our seniors during this important milestone in their lives. Below you will find important details about the event.

Ceremony: The ceremony will take place at Confluence Financial Partners Stadium (at the Middle School) on Friday, June 5 at 7 p.m. for all graduates. Attendance at the event will not be limited and tickets will not be required. Seating will be open on both sides of the field. Please see the information regarding the live streaming option for anyone who cannot attend in person. Stadium gates will open at 5:45 p.m.  

Rain Plan: In the event of inclement weather on Friday evening, the event will be moved inside to the AHN Arena (High School Gymnasium) on Friday at 7 p.m. Five tickets will be provided to each family for the event and MUST be provided for admittance at the door. Families will be notified via the automated calling system of any changes in location. 
If moved indoors, the event will be broadcast live in the Auditorium, as well as online, for those who do not have a ticket for the gymnasium. 

In the unlikely event that rain begins AFTER the outdoor ceremony has begun, commencement will take place on Saturday, June 6 at 10 a.m. The District will notify families via email and phone notification of the venue (Stadium or Gymnasium) based on the weather predictions.

Accessible Seating at the Stadium

Guests in need of assistance may use the accessible seating that is available at all stadium events in the first rows of the bleachers on either side of the field, as well as the front row of the portable bleachers locate behind the end zone. This will be available on a first come, first served basis. There is no advanced reserved seating for the event.

Graduation will be streamed live online for family and friends. A link to the live stream will be provided below and will be shared via email for families to share.

The District has given access to a local photographer to provide professional photographs of our graduates from the commencement ceremony.

Photographers will be on-hand at the ceremony and proofs of the photos will be provided online following the event for purchase. Photographers will be onsite prior to the ceremony starting at 5:45 p.m. to get informal individual or student group photos for any interested graduates. Please note that parents will not be permitted on the field to take photos during the ceremony.

Parking is available at the Middle School/Stadium for the event. Additional parking is also available at Pleasant Valley Elementary. Families are encouraged to utilize shuttles that will run from the High School to the stadium beginning at 5:30 p.m. and continuing throughout the evening. Stadium gates will open at 5:45 p.m.  

Graduates are asked to report to the High School at 5:30 p.m. and are permitted to park in the student parking lot (Lot C). Graduates will be staged in the gymnasium and all graduates will be transported to the stadium via bus. All students must be checked in at the High School and take the bus to the event. Shuttles will be available after the event for those who need transportation back to their vehicle. Graduates are prohibited to park at the Middle School/Stadium lots.

Accessible parking will be available at the stadium for those with Accessible Parking Permits.

In the event of an indoor ceremony at the High School: Parking will be available in all lots at the High School. Shuttles will also be available from the Middle School beginning at 5:30 p.m. and continuing throughout the evening. Graduates are asked to report to the High School at 5:30 p.m. and will be staged in the Auxiliary Gym.
