Any Pleasant Valley student or parent may use this form to report any bullying or threat of danger that they witness or experience at the school.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are reporting a threat during the evening hours or weekends, please consider the need to call 911 to alert the authorities. Administrators may not be monitoring emails regularly during non-school hours.
