Please complete the Athletic and Activity Fee form below and submit it with payment to the athletic office.
All athletic fees must be paid by end of tryouts.

- Via Check or Money Order (no processing fee applied)
- Online Via Credit Card (includes 3% processing fee)
FALL REGISTRATION PAYMENT - VIA CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
Please submit check or money order made out to Peters Township School District.
(High School: $100; Middle School $50).
FALL REGISTRATION PAYMENT - ONLINE VIA CREDIT CARD
Payments made via credit card (with processing fee) are:
- High School - $103.00
- Middle School - $51.50

All payments must be singular transactions, even if you are registering multiple children.
Please note that any refunds will not include processing fee.
