Dear PTHS Students & Parents,
Homecoming week is quickly approaching, and we have some exciting events taking place for homecoming here at the high school!
Peters Township Homecoming Week will include spirit week, the annual P-Rade, the homecoming pep rally and the homecoming game on Friday September 16th vs South Fayette. Homecoming royalty from the senior, junior, sophomore, and freshmen classes will be presented at halftime, as well as the crowing of the 2022 PTHS homecoming king and queen. The week will conclude with the Homecoming Dance on Saturday, September 17th at the high school. The dance will take place from 7-10 p.m. in the High School Cafeteria and outside courtyard.
Information regarding the homecoming dance can be found on the PTHS Homecoming Waiver attached to this email. Tickets are $30 and will be sold online beginning September 14th. The link below will take you to the ticket buying website. Emails have also been sent to all student email accounts with important information.
Waiver Forms
Important: All PTHS student must turn in a completed homecoming waiver form to validate their ticket of purchase. All waiver forms will be submitted through the districts
Arbiter Sports/FamilyID account. Invalidated tickets will not be accepted for entrance to the dance. Please download and complete the attached form. A scanned copy of the completed form must be uploaded into Family ID by Noon on September 16th. See Upload Information below.
Outside Guests: Also attached, you will find the outside guest form, all outside guests must complete this form along with the waiver form. Outside Guest Forms must also be submitted through
ArbiterSports/FamilyID by Sept 22nd at noon.
ArbiterSports/FamilyID Info: Login using the same information you do for athletics OR create an account. Search for Peters Township and you’ll see the Peters Township Athletic Dept and a Link for Homecoming Waivers. Follow the directions and be sure that your form is submitted ("Your Registration is Complete" will appear on the screen.) Please upload scanned document(s) by NOON on September 22nd. Please note that no hard copy forms would be accepted.
