As our current 8th graders transition to the High
School, counselor assignments are changing to better service the numbers of
students assigned to each of our five counselor at the school.
Students who are currently in grades 9-11 will remain with
their existing counselor, but incoming freshman will be assigned according to
the list below:

These assignments will remain throughout their time at the
High School to help our students and families build relationships with their counselors
who are available to help with everything from scheduling issues to college and
career planning. Our counseling team members are also great partners to support
the social and emotional needs of your child.
For your reference, this information is also provided on the
home page of the Counseling Office website along with links to the many
services the department provides. Please visit the page at www.ptsd.k12.pa.us/hsGuidance.aspx!
Changes in the Main Office Too!
All students will see a change in the main office at the
High School as well. Effective for the 2020-2021 school year, the assistant
principals will also make the switch from servicing students according to grade
level to working with students according to last name. This change will allow
greater consistency for our families to build relationships that will last from
their transition from the Middle School through graduation.
Mr. Christian Lesnett will work with students with last
names starting with A-L and Mrs. Joie Conroy will work with students from M-Z.
As always, Principal Lori Pavlik is also available to help with any student
needs as well.
