Concussion baseline testing is a requirement for any Peters Township Middle School or High School athlete who wants to participate in an athletic activity. This testing is offered to our student athletes at no charge. Click READ MORE for a list of dates and times. If you are unable to make any of the dates you are responsible to have testing done at an outside office. For any student participating in a spring sport who needs an impact test, please choose to attend one of the following 3 sessions: February 23, 24, & 25 from 3:00 - 4:00 in Rm 232 at the HS. No need to register - just show up. There is no charge. An athlete must have an impact test every 2 years. The spring sports season begins on Monday March 6, 2017. If you have not participated in a previous season sport, the following forms are to be turned into the athletic office no later than Friday, February 24, 2017: PIAA CIPPE forms Sections 5 (Health History) & 6 (Physical Form) along with Section 7 (recertification if a physical is dated before January 23, 2016); For students who have participated in a previous season sport, Section 7 is the only form due to our office by February 24th. [...click for more]

Spring sports begin on Monday, March 3, 2014. All outstanding physical forms must be turned in no later than Friday, Feb 28. Failure to have all paperwork turned in will prevent you from participating in practice/try-outs until all paperwork is complete.
