Pleasant Valley Library Media Center announces the Birthday Book Program, a program whereby parents, extended family and friends may honor a PV student with a book donated to the PV’s library media center. The selected book will become part of the library’s collection!
Your $20.00 donation includes the following:
Your child will select a hardcover book from a special collection of new books.
A special book plate with your child’s photo will be placed in the book. Your child will be the first person to check the book out of the library.
Your child’s name will be added to the Birthday Book Wall of Fame and our Birthday Journal as a record of your contribution.
Your child will be honored during morning announcements at the end of his/her birthday month. Children whose birthdays have past will be honored as soon as a book is chosen, and those with summer birthdays will be acknowledged in May.
All forms must be sent in by May 3rd, including summer birthdays.
This will allow your child to be the first student to check out the book from the library.
Donations will be utilized to purchase books and materials for our students.
