Concussion baseline testing is a requirement for any Peters Township Middle School or High School athlete who wants to participate in an athletic activity. This testing is offered to our student athletes at no charge. If you are unable to make any of the following dates you are responsible to have testing done at an outside office. A copy must be submitted to our athletic training office no later than August 8, 2016.
Testing will be done at the high school in the Library Computer Lab from 9:00am – 11:00am on a first come first serve basis. The test takes approximately 30 minutes. No appointments.

- Wednesday July 13
- Wednesday July 20
- Wednesday July 27
