Please click on the attachment below to view and download a copy of the information sheet for the Personal Wellness Test Out Exam that will be administered here at the middle school on Wednesday, May 7th, at 12:45 p.m. in the PTMS Library.
8th Grade students can stop into the MS School Counseling Office to sign up for the exam and take a copy of the information sheet.
Parents: Please note that this Test Out Exam is for 8th grade students only.
