Peters Township School District is looking for an interested individual to fill a Board vacancy on the Township’s Parks and Recreation Board. The Board was created by Township Council as a means to coordinate activities and the use of facilities in the Township. In addition, this Board will also take part in a comprehensive Parks and Recreation Planning process in the coming year. The Peters Township School Board nominates individuals for three seats on this seven member board.

The person appointed would fill a position with a term that expires in January of 2016. Regular meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Rec Center. Additional meetings may be required as needed for the planning process.
