PTMS Student Planner Order Forms Now Available
PTMS
academic planners will be provided at a cost of $4.00 each for the 2014-2015
school year. Planners are recommended for all students and are used to
record homework assignments and as a hall pass. To pre-order a student planner,
please fill out the attached form and submit cash or check payable to PTSD and
return it to the Middle School or McMurray office.
