Federal Law requires the schol district to provide secondary school students' names, addresses & telephone numbers to military recruiters upon request. State law requires the school district to compile a list of juniors and make that list available to recruiters. A secondary school student or the parent of the student may request that the student's information not be released without prior written consent.
