The week of November 12, Bower Hill Elementary School is taking a break from listening to music, art and literature to spend time listening to veterans. As we listen to veterans, we can all learn some valuable lessons in service, honor, and liberty. Veterans take on a more personal meaning when they are members of your family. Bower Hill students and staff had the opportunity to share photos of family members who served our country in the armed services. Mrs. Parker headed up an effort to share these works with the student and family community of Bower Hill.
