In 2016, Peters Township School District began the process of examining the long range plan for our District facilities. The Board of School Directors completed a comprehensive High School Feasibility Study, as well as a District-wide Facilities Assessment. In addition, a long range demographics study was conducted to inform the process.
Among the many factors that have been considered in the process are:
- Supporting current and future educational programming
- Financial responsibility to our community
- Current condition of all District buildings
- Future estimates to ensure we could address the capital and educational needs of all facilities
- Demographic trends for the next ten years in our community
